Principal's curriculum leadership and the effectiveness of teaching are two important elements of the development of school, and have formed two separate areas.Unfortunately, the few people concerned the correlativity analysis of principal's curriculum leadership and the effectiveness of the promotion of teaching as the mainstream of the study. This paper will lock the object of this study,"Principal leadership and teaching courses related to the effectiveness of research",and avoid the course of fruitful research areas leading research and teaching, raised a few key dimensions on the principal's curriculum leadership, based on the related survey data analysis of principal's curriculum leadership and the teaching effectiveness, discussed the relevance between the key dimensions of principal's curriculum leadership and the effectiveness of the promotion of teaching.In this paper we Verified the key factors of principal's curriculum leadership based on the proposed conceptual model and research hypotheses by the application of mathematical statistics, the corresponding computer software and structural equation model.our research sample are from three district elementary, high school in shanghai city (mainly in Hongkou District, Baoshan District, and the Yangpu District).Using confirmatory factor analysis,we tested the reliability and validity of the sample data by the SPSS tools and the respective structural equation tools.Finally we have an overall SEM analysis about curriculum leadership of principals associated with effectiveness of the teaching. Investigation results show that:the principals inherent quality of curriculum leadership has no significant positive effects on student's outcomes of learning, and the positive effects of the principals inherent quality of curriculum leadership and the aim of classroom and teaching is very weak, Simultaneously the school curriculum reform of the internal and external environment has a significant positive effect on the courses aim, the quality of classroom and teaching and student's outcomes of learning; group participation levels of teachers may have a significant positive effect on the curriculum goals to achieve, the quality of classroom and student's outcomes of learning, and curriculum implementation and propulsion enhancement has a significant positive effect on curriculum goals to achieve,the quality of classroom and teaching and student's outcomes of learning.Among them, the school curriculum reform of the internal and the external environment and curriculum implementation and propulsion enhancement has a maximum positive effect on curriculum goals to achieve; the greatest influence on the quality of classroom is participation level of our teachers,followed by school curriculum reform, internal and external environment; student learning outcomes particularly affected on group participation levels of teachers.In general, the participation level of teachers affect greatly on improving the effectiveness of teaching, simultaneously we need focus on the participation level of teachers while we want to improve principal's curriculum leadership.
