Since 90s of 20th century, as the vital new force and important component, the driver training has been playing a more and more important role in profession training with national economy rapid development. Simultaneously the competition in driver training field becomes more and more fierce and sharp. The enterprise not only need face complicated and changeable marketing environment, but also need be able to stand every kind of trial from the competitive opponents. In Tianjin, Tianjin Dongan Vehicle and Motorcycle Driver Training School (TJDA) is a long-history large-scale training school. Executing intensive study to its development strategy has practical and immediate significance. Under the guidance of modern strategy management concept and theoretical fruit, and applying the general methodology of enterprise strategy study, this dissertation makes a systematic and integral analysis to both internal conditions and external environments concerning TJDA's long-term development and identifies not only the opportunities and risk which TJDA will be faced with in the competitive-natured environment, but also the advantages and disadvantages is possesses. Based on the above analysis results, this dissertation has put forward the strategic guidance, the strategic development objectives, the strategic key points, the strategic steps for TJDA's development in a decade or even longer period, and calculate the major economic and technological indexes which TJDA should achieve along each development phase. Besides, main strategic measures needs for the realization of TJDA strategic objectives is formulated, and the overall strategic plan for TJDA development aimed turn-of-century-development is sketched. The article adopts many methods such as EFE matrix and IFE matrix and SWOT matrix to analyze the internal and external environment in theory. Combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, this paper provides spare strategy plans that might be adopted by TJDA. With QSPM matrix this paper analyze the spare schemes. In this dissertation, the author strives to expound through integration of quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, theoretical analysis with practical examples, strives that the proposed plan are both clear—aimed and operational in a view to render useful assistance to the development of TJDA.
