High school stage of modern school education is a key period in which students increasingly improve the individual knowledge and become more and more mature in emotion and spirit. The teaching of classic poetry should guide the students to involve deeper into an elegant language world to cultivate Chinese language feeling capacity, and gradually improve the aesthetic capacity to poetry art in the process of feeling poetry prospect and art. However, to effectively reach the goal of classic poetry teaching, an effective teaching design should be set up.The significance of studying the design of classic poetry is as follows:1. Profoundly understand the relation of modern teaching design theory with poetry teaching course and content, and facilitate the renovation of senior high school classic poetry teaching design concept; 2. Explore the basic requirement, key factor and important relation of the teaching design, and to improve the teaching design to be more scientific and effective; 3. Accelerate the theoretical study of high school poetry teaching, and enrich and develop the teaching theory of high school poetry.The effectiveness of high school classic poetry teaching design should be that teachers can govern the teaching view at an angle of the view of the Chinese curriculum, properly seizing the diverse understanding characteristic of poetry and the appreciation of poetry language so as to develop the teaching content of the text; focus on teachers'analysis toward the poetry teaching material and student's learning situation, design of the core problem of poetry teaching, setting of teaching section, and the selection of the method which can promote students to learn; for sure which can not be neglected in the design is to carry out the teaching reflection based on students'poetry learning activity. From the aspect of utility, classic poetry teaching design is the matter where the teachers combine the modern education and teaching theory, education design principles, and poetry art theory to study and solve the practice of classic poetry teaching design, whose effectiveness reflects its study pertinence, practicality and creativity.This thesis tries to employ the theoretical study method and case analysis method. The former is to be used to do the overall exploration of poetry teaching design, and the latter to solve the critical problem, and also the emphasized point or specially reflected content.
