Until 2010, those who were born after 1990 (post-90) have accounted for more than half of all university students. Compared with the employment situation of university student in 2008 and 2009, the post-90 is confronting a heavier pressure to find a job, which urges them to promote their employment competitiveness.In this article, with a view to easing the tension of employment pressure and situation, we should continuously enhance vocational qualification education and speciality quality. On the other hand, we should guide and instruct students to improve self-comprehension level, fully demonstrate their advantages, avoid shortcomings and disadvantages, help vocational planning theory play its role and promote post-90's self-planning, management and development, paving the way for matching employment.Through utilizing self-comprehension theory, vocational planning and education psychologic theory, the author puts forth the general thinking, key factors and pathways to university student employment competitiveness improvement. After optimizing comprehension skill, integrating comprehension contents and improving comprehension level, the general quality including the employment competitiveness can be further advanced. This article is a forecasting research for post-90 employment, providing a reference for future employment problems.It is a comprehensive and systematic process for comprehension-based employment competitivenss, which requires the involvement of students, their parents, classmates and relatives. Through testing, communicating, realizing and social practice, the competitiveness can be guaranteed and ensured. Therefore, the contents of this article is of great significance to improve students'employment competitiveness and find ideal jobs.The contents of the article is composed of five aspects:First, the article illustrates research background, purpose, meaninfulness and practical value, defining relevant concepts and research achievements, as well as briefing the research approaches and framework.Second, through the post-90 status quo analysis, the author masters the general condition of post-90 self-comprehension and environment realization (enterprise and vocational comprehension).Third, through employing comprehension theory, the author gives a general analysis of comprehension factors, assisting post-90 in enriching comprehension contents and key qualities, and widening comprehending pathways.Fourth, the author investigates the key factors of post-90 employment competitiveness, focusing on consciousness, employable capability, sustainable developing ability and social adapting skill.Fifth, the article puts forward the key pathway on the basis of comprehension level development and key competitiveness nurturing, as well as promoting employment competitiveness.
