New teacher is an extremely moldable period, which lies in the initial stage of teacher occupation career. In order to promote new teachers'growth and development, they must practice and examine their moral behavior and morality accomplishment on the base of keeping the excellent code of professional ethics. However, new teachers are faced with various entering difficulties, suffered all kinds of impact and pressure, which dampens their confidence and courage of continuing the sacred work, especially, which affects the formation of new teachers'professional ethics, and influences new teachers'professional development. It is this research, a narrative inquiry that will aim at this practical problem which crops up in schools.I adopted qualitative method which is revealing its unique fascination gradually in social science study, and one method of qualitative method being called"narrative inquiry"was used as leading method in this research. "Narrative inquiry"in education field concerns how to narrate and how to expand education research with seemly narrating. "Narrative inquiry"concerns not only"theory"and"logic"of education but also"thing"and"scenario"of it within which"theory"and"logic"will grow up.Datum of this research originated through describing the experience of being a teacher and observing and interviewing other new teachers. Narrative Inquiry on new teachers'professional ethics from conflict between new teachers and school rules, from the competition between the new teacher and colleagues, from the story of the new teachers and the strange school leader and students and their parents, from growth up quiet in progress, and so on.On the basis of narrative inquiry and combining the literatures related, the researcher deeply studies and analyses the formation and impact factors of new teachers'professional ethics, analyses the factors affecting the formation of new teachers'professional ethics from theories of structural functionalism, conflict theory and theory of symbolic interaction. In view of problems and puzzles in the formation of new teachers'professional ethics, the researcher try to put forward some practice strategies on the base of theory study.
