The Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010 saw the coronation of Chinese short-track speed skating projects, which is the breakthrough that prides the people and heartens the nation. The national team, with its advanced and leading concepts of innovation and training methods and measures, gave us the intuitionistic reception of the maximal effect produced by audacious breaking through and innovating, and the important roles that they played in upgrading the athletic achievements. Taking it as reference, this article refers to the Jilin Provincial teenage athletes and the according experimental study on their special competence and level, meanwhile putting an emphasis on diverse and multi-angle exploiting new fields for the athletic training of Jilin provincial teenage short-track speeding skating. This study is based on the characteristic of short-track speed skating. It takes the Jilin Provincial Teenage Athletes on Short-track Speed Skating as the study objects. Before the experiment, the athletes were tested about the basic quality and divided into two groups accordingly. The experiment group takes the core strength training as the research content, aiming at the discussion about the influences the core strength training has on advancing special strength training and the competition outcome. Core strength is the essential connection for the muscle system of the whole body to effect strength explosion. For the fulfillment of each action, the core parts of body all act as certain ancillary connection and strength-escalating. The core strength training is an indispensable and effective measure in forging the young athlete for all-around quality development, especially in sports items such as short-track speed skating which is influenced greatly by unsteady environmental elements and in which the muscle receives considerable strong stimulation. By the core strength training, the transitional strength of the minor muscle groups could be strengthened, and the major muscles could receive harmonious cooperation on the manner of effecting strength, therefore, the compulsion the leading muscles takes may be alleviated and relaxed so that the mode of exerting strength for cooperative muscles could be improved effectively. The former research showed that it is common for an athlete without the experiences of core strength training to exert strength evenly in the item of short-track speed skating, hence the curve-skating ability was badly influenced and obstructed in the process of accelerating. There existed many phenomena such as even endurance, limited strength exerting, unsuccessful technique and tactics, etc. While those athlete who have been trained could obtain strong transition and support from the core region in the actions that need exerting strength to keep and control the balance of the body, such as, pushing off, leg return, straight lane, and swerving. This article adopted documentary data method, expert interviewing method, research method, mathematical statistic method, etc. and took as lead-in the training mode on the core strength of Jilin provincial young athlete on short-track speed skating. The body responses of athletes after each training were accurately seized and scaled; the results of training were elaborately analyzed; and the test fabric were finally studied. The process of experiment lasted 16 weeks. The results of the research indicated that after systematic practices athletes could obtain steady support from the core strength which plays an important role in judging the quality of athletes'pushing off. By comparison between different training methods, this research made concrete test and evaluation on the athletes'basic level, quality, aptitude, and the response condition. Through core strength training in short-track speed skating, the athletes could obtain the holistic adjustment from the core region when he or she has insufficient muscular coordination, hence an excellent assisting effect on skills like straight-lane pushing off, camber line swerving, exceed obstruction. This article identified the apparent differences occurred in the aspect of competence, providing references for advancing the level of Jilin provincial young short-track speed skating.
