Author is commit to make a deep thinking and study about the management of high school art class students, and hopes to provide a theoretical foundation and basis for country to regulate the training and selection of artistic talents.Firstly, author research the condition of the national art student groups, analyze the forming causes of such groups, and define the contents.Secondly, this study summarize the theoretical basis of the educational administration of high school art students from the perspective of educational psychology, the perspective of pedagogy, the perspective of the school management, the perspective of arts education.Thirdly, by combining theory and practice, the study ensure the aims and contents of the educational administration of high school art students.Finally, author proposes the management method of high school art students.
