A Study On The Human-oriented Teaching Management System In Colleges And Universities

With the rational progress, the variation of the concept of higher education, the reform of teaching and the strengthen of students' subjective, undergraduate teaching management system highlight many flaws. First,this paper put forword the conception of "human-oriented" teaching management system on the basis of all the material, and pointed out that "human-oriented" teaching management system embodies the value of free but not constraint, more important than management. Then carried out the empirical research by using text analysis and questionnaire investigation, and found that there are both advantages and disadvantages in current teaching management system. Its shortcomings mainly displays in the backward of the management conception, students are lacking of freedom of learning, the monotonous test form, and single standard of evaluation methods, and insufficient of humanistic in handling the problems of study.The main idea of the "human-oriented" teaching management system construction are these four aspects:bring in the human-oriented management idea, establish the independent learning system and improve the evaluation system, enhance the teaching service system and put forword warning system and removing punishment system on dealing with students'academic problems, etc.
