Construction Of Community Education Information Network Platform Based On Web-based Learning Monitoring

The community education network platform can avoid the time and space constraints to appeal to the widening participation of community members and build a platform for life-long learning learners. The teaching system based on community research learning can better adapt to the learning requirements of the information age, and cultivate the learners to take the initiative to acquire and apply knowledge to solve problems. The Web-based Learning Monitoring System, which is the supervision and control of the learning groups on the basis of the network environment, not only can provide a favorable and efficient learning environment to help learners achieve the learning goals, but also can stimulate the study motivation and develop their self-monitoring capabilities.In the first part, this paper make an detailed introduction to the research backgrounds and significances of the establishment of a community education information network system based on the web-based learning monitoring, as well as the research contents and methods. Moreover, the second chapter includes the description about the backgrounds and development strategies of the information age; There are two parts about the establishment of the network platform, which will be referred definitely in the next two chapters. The third chapter presents that the creation of the community education network based on the web-based learning monitoring, is under the guidance of the Web-based Learning Monitoring, then takes advantage of Rational Rose (UML tools) to model the websites structures and function modules, and lastly sums up the design methods and models of the community education websites based on the web learning monitoring; The fourth chapter shows that the teaching system based on community research learning, applies the object-oriented design methods, devises the system structures and function modules and then use ASP.NET to make a preliminary development, which is on the basis of the characteristics of the research study. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the research results, indicates the deficiencies, and points out the next research direction.
