Based on the current management, using modern management theory analysis, and proposes the strong &enterprises operational management improvement scheme.Based on the principle of higher vocational education and follow the aim of the higher vocational colleges, the design professional & enterprises FZ improvement project management pattern, the general framework of the key research participation and the two aspects of performance appraisal measures.This paper not only to improve the effect of FZ professional & enterprises plays an important role in promoting the same type of others, but also has the professional promotion and significance. Professional & enterprises FZ management mode of improving learning way of lean production, improve the management theory of the school of fine management level, improve the quality of higher vocational education is of great significance.
