It has been three years since the New Course was implemented. Though probing activities by experiment have been greatly increased, research has shown that teaching of chemical experiment in many schools, because of Teachers' knowledge about the function of the teaching and educating for chemical experiment. They always adopt paper test for the students'access of chemical experiment and only pay more attentions to the terminated evaluation. They barely evaluate the behaviour of the students' experimental progress. This mode is obviously not good for the students to realize their deficiency and mistake during the experiment and also limits the development of thinking for them. Besides, the experimental ability and subject attainment also cannot be raised. And tridimensional goals cannot be fully accomplished.The New Course concerns the development of personality. Diversification, globalization and development of evaluation on chemical experiment play an important role for it. Once the evaluation on activity of chemical experiment turns out to be the combination of experimental progress and result from static evaluation according result, the students are more dedicated to their own learning, which makes them learners who are good at self-thinking and self-adjusting by minding progressiveness and growth. Unfortunately, research for the evaluation on activity of chemical experiment is not popular home and abroad. So there are few methods for the evaluation on activity of teaching during the chemical experiment. We also have difficulty in evaluating the effects of the experimental teaching. In order to improve the effects for the teaching of chemical experiment in middle school, it is necessary for us to research on the chemical experiment's strategy which is adapted to the new course. Meanwhile, we need evaluate the representation for the experimental activity so that we can courage the students to learn and accelerate the development of the teachers' teaching.Based on the current research on this subject, you will see that this essay has primarily set up not only the evaluated standards for the teachers to evaluate the students' activity of chemical experiment but also the self-evaluated standards for the students to evaluate their chemical experiment. According to the different features for the concrete experiments, the teachers and students can make evaluation table and self-evaluation table by those standards during the chemical experiment. Besides, preliminary research on the effects of the evaluation on activity of chemical experiment has also been made so as to know if we can improve the students' learning ability and subject attainment by evaluating the activity during the experimental teaching. The result of research shows that it is more effective for the teachers to guide the students' experimental learning by the evaluation on the activity of chemical experiment. In this way, we can greatly improve the students' ability of experimenting and analysing and solving issues.
