The educator J.S Bruner pointed out that teaching is not supplying verity, but finding out verity. The traditional chemical experiment is checking the knowledge in textbooks. The students are subordinate, passive in the process of teaching. They only pay attention to the results of the experiments. They don't take the theory and design of the experiments seriously. They pay more attention to acceptance and look down upon the participation. In that case, it isn't beneficial for cultivating the abilities of the students.The thesis is intended to excavate the various functions in experiment teaching in different directions, and cultivate the scientific constitution of the students and abilities of sloving the problem, under the thought of new curriculum.(一 ) Making good use of the experiment to activate the interest and motive of the students.(二) Paying attention to the process of the experiments to develop the scientific thought and form the scientific attitude of the students.(三) Guiding the prode of the experiments to cultivate the abilities of scientific prode of the students.(四 ) Creating the conditions of the experiments to cultivate the spirit of individuality.The teachers should reinforce the abilities of the experiments of the students in the process of chemical teaching in Senior Hign School. It will improve the scientific constitution of the students and quality of modern citizens. At the same time, It will supply practical Locations of this New Model of Learning ------research study.
