Globalized and the multicultural time's arrival causes various countries exchange to be more frequent, the people in the context of multi-cultural communication, how multi-cultural context for effective communication has become a concern of foreign language teaching in recent years, an important issue. Therefore, in today's culture, such diverse forms, how to develop our English language teaching and how to instruct the learners the way of study, these have become very important.The function of English teaching materials for students is not only providing the knowledge, but also presenting a variety of cultural material, creating a cultural scene. From that, the students able to spread out the native culture while learning culture from other nations, ultimately led to the continuous generation and innovation of the world culture. Junior high school teaching as the basis for the nine-year compulsory education stage, and its importance is self-evident. Therefore, the evaluation of whether the teaching materials suit for students to develop themselves and of whether the teaching materials can demonstrate the characteristics of multi-cultural era has a certain practical significance.The paper is composed of five parts:The foreword part mainly introduced the selected topic reason, the research goal and the significance as well as the research mentality and the method.The first chapter is the multicultural theory and the related research. Explained the implication and the idea of the culture, the multicultural and the multicultural educate these three aspects. Then take the core idea --- "Trans-Culture approval" as research angle of view.The second chapter is the correlation analysis of the junior middle school English curriculum. Taking English curriculum theory as the foundation, standing in the high of the English Curriculum Standard, proposed the appraisal basis which used in the paper.The third chapter is the analysis of junior middle school English teaching material which under the view of Trans-Culture approval. Taking "Renai Version English" the junior middle school English teaching material as a sample, counts and analyzes the Trans-Culture consciousness which permeated in the teaching material. Based on this, then analyzes how the approval to represent itself and to handle the relationship between the teaching material. At last, summarizes the cultural reasons.The fourth chapter is studies the conclusion and the suggestion. Through the preceding chapter of analysis and the investigation, the author proposed own research conclusion, and aims at the conclusion, put forward some proposals and the enlightenment to the teaching material revisers and teacher's teaching material use.
