| Cooperative research, is a series of behavior patterns that the co-ordination between teacher for joint research problems in teaching. It plays an important part in promoting new curriculum reform, teachers' professional ascension and the sustainable development of school. However, influenced by traditional education ideas, in the development of new curriculum, during the cooperative research, the trouble some teacher met in practical work can't get timely and effective solution, because the restrict of time, content, and the ability of leader, etc.The advent of the information age has brought the predominant contribution to the teaching research. Network teaching platform plays an important role for the general teacher's professional development. It provides a rich resources, an equal and timely communication platform to the teachers, opens new doors to teachers' education teaching research, and makes them breathe more fresh air. So it opens the way for teacher's personal self reflection and offers the opportunity to mutual and professional leading partner in the greater scope. Network cooperation gives the teachers an equal space to display their talents, to initiate harmonious, equality, democracy research and study atmosphere, to encourage the collision of different teaching ideas and to form the different teaching style, which makes us have fully equal discourse. Therefore, how to conduct a research network cooperation becomes an urgent problem.This study was based on the Internet research can promote teachers'professional development, and it's mainly from the following aspects of the network teaching and research.First, we can gjip a theoretical basis and realistic foundation from the constructive angles and the method of consulting literature materials.Second, it has far-reaching significance for their respective teacher professional development through the questionnaire and investigation.After a series of research, this paper made some achievements.(1)Define the teaching under the network environment, improve teachers' professional development cooperation, the concept of affirmatory with the constructivist learning theory, education action research theory and learning communities, communication action theory, group dynamic theory and team construction theory as the theoretical basis of cooperative research network.(2) In the base of network teaching practice cooperation, I describes the main mode of network cooperative research. It mainly includes online lectures emerges, online companion mutual, online seminar, online experts lead and online self-reflections. This established network cooperative research program, that is radicate the problem, design, take action, summary reflection, achievements expression, etc.(3) The paper analyses the teachers' participation in the network cooperative research with content analysis, describes the basic structure of teacher education narrative, and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the network cooperative research.(4) This study draw up a questionnaire survey in the basis of teacher interview, it conducts some surveys and analyses for teachers' participation in the network cooperation, the result shows that teachers held positive attitude to network cooperative research, they think network cooperative research can promote their own professional development, enhance self development, be helpful to their own teaching ability enhancement.The thesis innovations lie in the following respects.(1) After analysis of the network cooperative research, the researchers described its main mode, established the program. It plays an positive role in network research development.(2) The paper analyses the teachers' participation in the network cooperative research with content analysis, describes the basic structure of teacher education narrative, and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the network cooperative research.(3) This study draw up a questionnaire survey in the basis of teacher interview, it conducts some surveys and analyses for teachers' participation in the network cooperation. Future research work is mainly further improving the effectiveness of teaching and research network cooperation. |
