In school education, the relationship between teachers and students is the most fundamental and central interpersonal relationship. The relationship between teachers and students which is general and based on intersubjectivity is developing during the progress of communication between teachers and students. Meanwhile, such relationship is stemming from the special environment of school what determines its specificity. It not just exists in class and shows its single teaching relationship. It also implicates diversity of the levels and rich connotations in daily life. It includes three levels, such as interpersonal relationship, psychological relationship and teaching relationship. Senior high school students who hold different comprehension and requirements about harmonious teacher-student relationship have individual diversity. Therefore, we should realize and attach great importance to students’ different needs on the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship. Geography is such strong comprehensiveness subject which needs teachers and students’ tacit cooperation that we can learn this subject well. The relationship between teachers and students plays a vital role on this subject. In order to achieve harmonious atmosphere in the high school geographical class, this article depends on the students’different demands of harmonious teacher-student relationship and puts forward targeted construction strategies.This article is a study on the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship in the high school geographical class. By using the documentary method, the questionnaire survey, observational method and interview method, we can know the current situation about relationship between teachers and students in the high school geographical class and the disharmonious phenomena. In order to analyze different students’expectations and demands about teacher-student relationship, this article puts forward the relevant construction strategies. The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of this study and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad. Basing on the content, I confirm the purposes, the methods and the technical routes of the text.The second part is the relevant overview and theoretical basis. It summarizes the core concepts and has a clear and definite connotation of harmonious teacher-student relationship. It combines the speciality of geography to analyze the features of harmonious teacher-student relationship in geographical class. The theory of the harmonious teacher-student relationship is from many perspectives, such as Social Harmonious Theory, Nell Noddings’Caring Theory, Humanistic Theory.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the teacher-student relationship in the high school geographical class. It summarizes the overall features as well as analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the current relationship between teachers and students in geographical class.The forth part is the principals and strategies of the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship in the high school geographical class. According to analyze the existing problems and the causes of the relationship between teachers and students in geographical class, I bring forward to the principles of construction and pertinence strategies.The fifth part is the conclusion. It sums up the basic peroration and points out the shortcomings of the paper. Furthermore, it comes up with the orientation and vista for further study.
