As the new reform of education has stepped into a new stage, the concepts of people-oriented and quality-oriented are beginning to play an important role in every field of the modern system of education. And it is followed by the more and more problems between a teacher and a student in the teaching process. So the relationship between a teacher and a student has become a hot topic. Teacher-student relationship which is the most basic and complicated in the educational field exists throughout the whole teaching process. So it can be concluded that the construction of a harmonious teacher-student relationship has been the common expectation of the basic education from the society.The harmonious teacher-student relationship is essential to the increasing of the efficiency and quality of the biological teaching. And the coordination of the teacher-student relationship is a teaching method to achieve the targets of teaching, coordinate the teacher-student and student-student relationships to create the harmonious teaching environment. A teacher is not only a proselytize instructs dispels doubt, but also enrich the teacher-student relationship. With the development of the new curriculum standard, the simple research and utilization of the teaching methods can't meet the demands. The coordination of the teacher-student relationship has important implications for the increasing the level and efficiency of the biological teaching. And it is not only can promote the realization of the teaching targets, but also can promote the mutual development of the teachers and students.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction that states the necessity of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students for the biological teaching, and in this part, some meaning of the concepts related to this article have been stated.The second part is about the statement of the basic characteristics of the harmonious teacher-student relationship. According to the background of the demand of harmonious development and the deepening of the new educational reform, only the master of the harmonious teacher-student relationship can shoot target and rebuild the harmonious relationship that will lay a solid foundation for the biological teaching.The third part is the explanation of the theories that support the construction of the harmonious teacher-student relationship: “If a student trust his master and he will follow the way”; “ the respecting of a teacher is a key to the study”. And the author also quotes the proverb: the better crops are others', but the best children are of their own” to give an explanation. The best education is love, teachers should love their students with hearts to understand them, but not take the students as the corps and possession to pursue the grades with the ignorance of the natural goal of education.The fourth part is the explanation of the the relationship between teachers and students of poor performance.The fifth part is the main analysis of the methods to construct the harmonious teacher-student relationship. The biology is interest and vivid that has a close relationship with the practical life. The study of biology is not only a goal of education, but also a demand of the knowledge storage of an individual. Because the biology is not as the same status as Chinese, math, English, the curriculum of biology can't get the same attention from the teachers and students that is a negative factor for the teaching and study of biology. So in the teaching process, the efforts of the construction of the harmonious teacher-student relationship will have an important influence on the teaching of biology.
