| Middle vocational education is the important part of Shan Dong hige education.,witch have a important responsibility of training thousands of talents of high quality.Shan Dong provience needs many talents of high quality to develop economic strong provience witch needs vocational education especially middle vocational education.During hard-working of many years Shan Dong middle vocational education have made big chievements,but still not meet the needs of constructing a strong provience.The status of middle vocational education needs increase in the hole education system.So we must enhance sence of responsibility and urgent to develop the middle vocational education. Vocational education is the important part of national education system,is the importment way of promoting harmony developing of social and economy and has a close relationship with average people.The vocational education of the country level ,especial in the vocational education lf the western distressed area has three serious problems,which has difficulty in enrolling new students,keeping the number of the students and finding jobs.The reasons why the three serious problems lie in are the following.The people lack the knowledge about the vocational educational development.Society is unfair in evaluating mechanism for studends.The teachers have their own problems,with leaders and teachers of the shool.On the other hand,we should strengthen the management of the school,improving the student's skills and opening up various ways of employment.Making a study of the present situation of middle vocational education of Shan Dong Provience ,which not only the needs of developing theory study but also the ehancing the quality of Operating a middle vocational educational school.So this study has many important theory and reality significance.In a cerntent instant,this study may give lessons and consult to other proviences to develop their middle vocational educational.
