| School—based teacher training mode is a kind of basic mode of teacher professional development. This new mode was born in USA AND UK in 1970's, with the development of at least 30 years, school—based teacher training mode is becoming a mainstream mode of teacher training all around the world. However, with developing in China, because of the lack of theoretical research, there are many problems in practice. So constructing the school-based teacher training security mechanisms from theory view, is very important to protect the development of school—based teacher training mode. Through the actual survey and analysis, this paper will reconstruct the school-based teacher training security mechanisms.The paper consists of five parts as the following:The first part introduces the back ground of the issue, research aim, content, literature review, research significance, and research method as well as research perspective.The second part observes the theories of school-based teacher training security mechanisms.The third part focuses the consequences and causes of school-based teacher training security mechanisms.The fourth part is about features of school-based teacher training security mechanism in several developed countries including America Britain and Japan. And through these examples, we can draw lessons for our country.The fifth part is about theoretical drive of school-based teacher training security mechanism. |
