The main methods used in this paper are literature, surveys, interviews, and mathematical statistics methods, taking the "Big Five" Personality Questionnaire and the "general well-being scale" as an athlete SWB measurement tools. The athletes of Liaoning Province who attended the 11th National Games and the 140 athletes who are preparing for the 12th National Games are the study objects of this paper. It through a comprehensive understanding of psychometric methods such as characteristics of their personality and subjective well-being status reveals those two internal relations. Specific objectives are:1. Verify personality traits of athletes of different genders whether have differences in subjective well-being; 2. Verify personality traits of athletes in different parts whether have differences in subjective well-being; 3. Verify Group Athlete of different personality traits whether have differences in subjective Well; 4. confirms the different stages of training athletes personality whether have differences in subjective well-being; 5. confirms the different training period of personality traits of athletes whether have differences in subjective well-being; 6. confirms personality traits of different performance athletes whether have differences in subjective well-being; 7. explore the internal relations between personality traits and subjective well-being.we get the following conclusions through this research:1. On the whole, active athletes in Liaoning Province have been more sensitive to the emotional personality, outward character, neither too conservative nor too open, to maintain the easy-going attitude, work focused on the general level of.2. There is no gender differences, regional differences, event groups differences and training time differences in personality traits of active athletes of Liaoning Province; athletes in the special improvement stage is less easy-going, easy-going in the competitive stage to maintain higher; as the movement results improve the athlete's character more amiable, more humble, more emphasis on cooperation.3. Liaoning Province, subjective well-being aspects of its athletes there is no regional difference; female athlete's overall well-being was significantly higher than male athletes, a better state of mind; Fighting Group Athlete feel more pleasant state of mind; athletes in the special stage to improve health concerns remain significantly higher than in competitive stage; With the extension of training period, the athletes on sports teams more and more dissatisfied with living conditions; athletic performance athletes can bring good emotional experience, making it feel more vigorous, and reduce their health concerns, thus enhancing well-being.4. Liaoning Province SWB active players with personality neuroticism, openness negatively correlated; with extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness are related.5. Extraversion and openness can predict subjective well-being of athletes.
