Background: typeⅡdiabetes is in patients with diabetes, the largest number of typeⅡdiabetes type, at present the etiology and pathogenesis not entirely clear, but there are lots of research proof typeⅡdiabetes and immune dysfunction, oxidative stress are closely related.Objective: by implementing joint supplement aerobic exercise added L- arginine way in typeⅡdiabetes mice experiments and analysis aerobics joint added L-arginine in typeⅡdiabetic mice immune function and antioxidant levels influence, improving athletic joint nutrition supplements in typeⅡdiabetes influence understanding.Methods: first to random selected 50 only Balb/c mice typeⅡdiabetes model, will made the mice randomly divided into 4 groups. Then all laboratorial mice grouping is as follows: normal control group (group C), pure diabetes groups (DM group), diabetes in the exercise group (group E), diabetes L-arginine supply group (L group), diabetes movement joint L- arginine group (E + L group). Movement way: mice adapt to run reservation everyday at around 5pm 13m/min, 55min/d, slope as 0°on a treadmill , 5 days per week training, continuous training six weeks. L-arginine supplementary way: the 1.5 mg/g.b w, 9% standard L-arginine solution irrigation stomach, gastric lavage in 9 a.m. every day, 5 days a week, for six weeks. Six weeks after the experiment in laboratorial mice periods, the thymus and spleen for weighing, calculates the visceral organs indexs; using uv-colorimetry visible spectro photometry instrument measurement of serum T - AOC and MDA, CAT, Flow cytometric detection instrument splenic lymphocytes IL - 2, IL - 6 expression level.Results:①In group E, L group, the E + L group , typeⅡdiabetes mice thymus index, spleen index were significantly higher than prior to the (P < 0.05).②Group E, L mice splenic lymphocytes IL - 2 expression quantity has increased (P < 0.05), E + L mice splenic lymphocytes IL - 2 expression quantity has significantly increased (P < 0.01). Group E, L mice splenic lymphocytes IL - 6 expression and decreased (P < 0.05), E + L mice splenic lymphocytes IL - 6 expression quantity has decreased obviously (P < 0.01).③Group L, E + L mice serum T - AOC, CAT activity increased significantly (P < 0.01). Group L, E + L mice serum MDA content have decreased obviously (P < 0.01). Conclusion:Aerobic exercise by improving typeⅡdiabetes mice serum T - AOC, CAT activity and reduce serum MDA content to enhance diabetic mice antioxidant capacity; meanwhile aerobic exercise also to improve diabetes mice immune organs of dirty system important number has the significant positive effects. Simple in typeⅡdiabetes mice supplement L-arginine can through improving the mice immune organs of visceral organs indexs and adjust splenic lymphocytes within the expression of cytokines to improve the body's immune function. Aerobics joint added L-arginine through improving the typeⅡdiabetes mice serum T-AOC, CAT activity energy, reduce serum MDA content and improve important immune organs of visceral organs indexs and adjusting the splenic lymphocytes within the expression of cytokines to increase the body's immune function and oxidation resistance, thus protecting diabetic immune dysfunction and oxidatie stress violations.
