Objective: With an animal experiment, by testing rats lee’s index and plasmaIL-6, MCP-1,vascular P-selectin and ICAM-1levels, to explore the effect of high-fatdiet on rats vascular endothelial cell injury, as well as the anti-inflammatory of aerobicexercise,L-Arg and the protective effect on t rat vascular endothelium.Methods: Got50clean,8-week-old male SD rats, were randomly divided intofive groups after1week feeding adaptation: control group (N=10, C), high-fat dietgroup (N=10, H), fat diet exercise group (N=10, HE), high-fat dietary supplement L-arginine group (N=10, HL), high-fat dietary supplement L-arginine and exercise group(N=10, HEL). Group C normal diet routine feeding, H group, HE group, HL group,HEL fat diet feeding group. HE HEL group with aerobic exercise.0slope are usedtreadmill exercise. Running speed: the first week of15m/min, the second week of20m/min, after that an increase1m/min week. Times50min/times. Sports Time:21:00-24:00,1time/day,6days/week, Sundays off, and last six weeks. HL group and HELadministered L-arginine (100mg/kg body weight), the other group fed the sameamount of volume of saline water, administered30minutes before the time of exercise.Weekly test and record the weight and length every group, after the end of theexperiment, Elisa assay test groups in rat plasma IL-6, MCP-1levels and vascularhomogenates P-selectin levels, immunohistochemical method to detect the ICAM-1expression in rat vascular conditions.Results:1lee’s index rats in each group of the experiment showed varying degreesof growth. Compared with group C, H rats lee’s index was significantly higher (p <0.05).Two-factor analysis of variance was in the third week to the sixth week of theexperiment, aerobic exercise can reduce fat diet rats lee’s index (p <0.05), L-argininesupplementation on high-fat diet rats lee’s index does not have a significant impact aerobic exercise and supplement L-arginine on the high-fat diet lee’s index showed nosignificant interaction.2compared with group C, H group rat plasma IL-6levels were significantlyincreased (p <0.01). Two-factor analysis of variance was that aerobic exercise canreduce plasma IL-6levels (p <0.01) fat diet rats, L-arginine supplements can reducedietary fat rat plasma IL-6levels (p <0.05), Effects of aerobic exercise and dietarysupplement L-arginine on plasma IL-6fat content of no significant interaction.3Compared with group C, H group rat plasma MCP-1levels were significantlyincreased (p <0.01). Two-factor analysis of variance was that aerobic exercise canreduce dietary fat rat plasma MCP-1levels (p <0.01), L-arginine supplements canreduce dietary fat rat plasma MCP-1levels (p <0.05), aerobic exercise and supplementL-arginine on the high-fat diet affect plasma levels of MCP-1no significant interactions.4Compared with group C, H rats artery P-selectin were significantly higher (p<0.01). Two-factor analysis of variance was that aerobic exercise can reduce arterial P-selectin levels (p <0.01) fat diet rats, L-arginine supplements can reduce dietary fat ratarteries P-selectin levels (p <0.05), aerobic exercise and supplement L-arginine on thehigh-fat diet affect arterial levels of P-selectin were no significant interactions.5compared with group C, H rats artery ICAM-1was significantly higher (p <0.01).Two-factor analysis of variance was that aerobic exercise can reduce arterial ICAM-1levels (p <0.01) fat diet rats, L-arginine supplementation on high-fat diets on rat arterialvascular ICAM-1levels do not have significant impact aerobic exercise and dietarysupplement L-arginine on arterial fat ICAM-1levels had no significant interaction.Conclusion:1.6weeks of high fat diet rats were lee’s index increased significantly,leading to obesity; accompanied by plasma IL-6, MCP-1levels increased, the bodyshowed inflammation state.2.6weeks of high fat diet can make blood vessels of P-selectin levels in rat arteriesrises, ICAM-1expression increased arterial endothelial damage occurred to someextent.3aerobic exercise can slow or supplement L-arginine lee’s exponential growth andplasma IL-6, MCP-1levels increased in varying degrees to reduce arterial P-selectin levels and the expression of ICAM-1, reduce obesity, relieve body inflammatory state,protect vascular endothelium. Meanwhile, aerobic exercise and supplement L-arginineno significant interaction between the two.
