China's current status is adequate human resources in rural areas, but the level of knowledge and related capacity is not high, the overall lack of human capital. Although the nine-year compulsory education increases the cultural quality of rural population,yet the professional skills require for students after junior high school to receive post-secondary vocational education or to participate in some training to become a skiller,to escape poverty and seek a new type of rich farmers, which is the objective requirements of building new socialist countryside. Our government attaches great importance to the "three rural" issue,in which peasants have been subject to widespread concern, but the way of students after rural junior high school did not aroused great attention, hindering the healthy development of new farmers. The average age of students after rural junior high school is 15 to 16 years.In addition to the main flow of regular senior high school and secondary vocational schools,quite a few students became labourers just only of cultural qualities,without any vocational skills.Once they enter society,they lose the best chance of receiving education in life stage.The teen-agers after junior high school in the city can have a greater chance to find a job,working and learning the appropriate vocational skills,but the youth after junior high school in rural areas are difficult to become both cultural and technical new farmers,due to environmental factors.This study take the rural junior hign school of the town of Sancha Xiaogan City , Hubei province for example to seek "new farmers" development.Full-text includes the following five parts:Chapter I,Introduction.This part describes the background,meaning ang purpose of this paper,generally states the dynamic domestic and international research,and clarify the ideas and methods of this study.The core concepts involved in the text are explained,providing this study the foundation work before the thread.Chapter II sets out the basis of theory and related concept of the vocational training after rural junior high school,and describes the human capital theory, rational choice theory, education and economic theory and social psychology theory.Chapter III describes the main factors,which affect the students after rural junior high school to participate in vocational training.They are:personal factors,family factors, and training itself,and the use of a combination of theoretical and empirical methods of rural students after junior high school to participate in vocational training under the influencing facts are statistical analysis.Chapter IV presents the problems of the training of rural students after junior high school and the solution.The problems are: thinking and understanding , family background,training quality and mechanism operation.Therefore offers some relevant policy recommendations that be sure to establish the government support system of vocational training of rural students after junior high school,increase the awareness of participation of rural students after junior high school,optimize the education and training system,and effectively use social forces and market mechanisms and so on.Chapter V,Conclusion. Generally outlines some of the main ideas of this article,and explains the defections encountered in this study,hoping to become the focus of future research.
