Research Of Vocation Training On Agriculture, Rural Areas And Farmers

Issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers have always been anemphasis of both CPC and national tasks. The issue of farmers is the key to the wholeissues and literacy plays an important role to farmers.Rural economy has shown tremendous achievements along with many difficultiesand problems, such as illiteracy and illness. Poverty and sweated labor are fundamentalreflections of unemployment, which plays a key role in farmers' literacy.Therefore, eradication of farmers' illiteracy is the vital part of getting rich forfarmers. It is also an important guarantee for promotion of social fairness, farmers'comprehensive development, steady rural development, and harmonious co-operationbetween the rural and the urban.This paper concerns about developmental process, current status, and regulatorytrend of policies, on the basis of domestic farmers' illiteracy.Discussions are made on reasons of vocational training. Effective measures are putforward to strengthen vocational training and operational management after exemplaryrole of developed countries are adopted.The major measures are shown as follows: to strengthen relative legislation, toform pluralistic financing methods, to make rural vocational training system morefeasible, to form an experimental+learning base for combination of scientific researchand teaching, to strengthen managing measures on teachers.
