Research On Leisure Education Of College Students

It's the oldest dream to own leisure for the mankind who dreams of freedom at utmost. People prefer the way to do what he likes just due to his own wishes. The acknowledgement toward leisure and the increase of time proves that leisure has permeated to every aspect of our life. For coping with the trend of its development, we need to comprehend leisure well.To know and research leisure, there should be the leisure education for the certain group. At the background of college Quality Education, financial crisis and the career development of college students showed that leisure education for them is necessary. For one thing, it is the new requirement to the college students from the whole society; for another thing, the college calls for leisure education; at last, college students'full-development calls for leisure education. Consequently, leisure is in favor of the self-fulfillment of the college student. However, the investigation showed that lots of problems still existed in students'leisure, such as the low self-consciousness toward leisure, insufficient leisure cognition, the lack of leisure skill,low evaluation to leisure and so on. The reasons for the problems are multiplicity, such as utilized society from the macro level, advanced education being a tool from the meso-level and narrowed self-fulfillment of college students. Education is apparently the best way to improve the condition. Besides that from theoretic to realistic, the leisure education for college student is imperative. So each college or university should pay attention to the leisure education to develop the leisure quality of the college students, develop the leisure ability and provide some conditions for them at the basis of learning some experiences from foreign countries.This thesis mainly includes the following contents:Firstly, the thesis introduces the conceptions of college students'leisure education. And then, the thesis introduces the history course of college students'leisure education. This part not only discusses the development course of leisure education for college students in overseas countries but also in our own country. At the basis of it, it also provides the basis for the policy-makers according to the guidance from overseas experiences. The third part is the investigation to the conditions toward the leisure education for college students. The last part is to introduce the further judgement and rational conceptions to college students'leisure education.
