During the college ’s physical and mental development of college students, moralvalues, outlook on life, the values of the formation of a critical period, and a lot offree time how to used to achieve self development, for the immature students is aproblem.Healthy leisure life can enhance the quality of life of college students, topromote college students’ personality mature, perfect personality and the spirit ofinnovation and capacity; conversely, vulgar, negative leisure life may damage thephysical and mental health of college students, and even lead to antisocial behavior,crime, serious social problems, therefore.Leisure education is bound to have animportant impact on students’ leisure life.The school, as a formal educationalinstitutions, introducing leisure education, for the growth of college students,individual development will have important sense.Based on this fact, this thesis in order to XX college students as the mainresearch object, with original research data as reference, through investigation,observation, feedback and other means, a detailed study of their leisure time, activitycontent, subjective experience, leisure and other obstacles, and show the universitystudents’ leisure activities the rich diversity, generally more free time, group activitiesand individual activities coexist, entertainment and popular activities more features,but our country leisure education in Colleges are utilitarian, skills of errorcharacteristics, and the existence of leisure activities and learning cannot at the sametime, lack of awareness of the lack of leisure, leisure skills, leisure activity level is nothigh, the concept of leisure and leisure resources lack of understanding, lackof.Investigate its reason, the leisure education is not taken seriously, lag behind theneeds of educational development; the influence of traditional education, the correctconcept of leisure and it is difficult to implement; with modern education utilitarian,leisure venues, facilities, environmental factors, such as economic conditions worsenthe university students’ leisure education is insufficient, serious influence collegestudents’ Leisure Education effectiveness. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper put forward for universitystudents’ leisure education should use ideological and political education method,using the self education, practice, education and model education, guidance andinspection of college students leisure life.To strengthen college students’ leisureeducation effectiveness, the real popular leisure education in universities, colleges anduniversities should do a good job in three areas: one is through the college student selfeducation and theoretical propaganda cultivate correct leisure awareness; two isthrough leisure education concept, theoretical guidance and activities, activelyconstruct leisure activity feedback evaluation system to establish science leisureeducation system; three is to optimize the school leisure education resources, such asrich campus culture construction, expanding leisure venues, the integration of theschool environment resources.Hope that through this kind of theoretical research and empirical analysis toeffective popularization of college students’ leisure education, for their healthy growthand all-round development to provide useful theoretical reference and practicalguidance.
