| On the basis of exploring the origin of Sukhomlinskii's educational ethics thoughts, the author of this article generalizes his education ethics thoughts from three respects: Firstly, adhering to the education principle of humanitarianism. Secondly, pursuing the art of education tracelessness. That is to conceal the educational intention, and reside education unintentionally. It is the ideal realm pursued by Sukhomlinskii in his educational activities and it is also a remarkable characteristic of his educational ethics thoughts which reflect his artistic and intelligence of education. Thirdly, Establishing the comprehensive development of educational objective. Differented from the past theory, the comprehensive development of Sukhomlinskii includes all-round development; harmonious development and individual development. He also brings the "harmonious education" and the "spiritual life" into his comprehensive development, and use the Ethics, intellect, physique, goodliness, work which interpenetrates each other to rich his theory, which stressed that the nurturing of the comprehensive development of human means training all-round and harmonious individual development. Education thoughts of Sukhomlinskii is shining with the humanistic everywhere that has its important ethics value which plays an enlightening role in the quality-oriented education in our today's education. |
