In information age, men can freely create, process, disseminate and choose information which refers to the artificial information. Objectively artificial information exists by physical production of certain social form, but this kind of existence was built on society form development in that period. the information restrictes person's development by the means of showing men's enslavement so called alienationcharacteristics. Information alienation refers to the artificial information.Information alienation characteristics is related to the social form of that period,and is different in different period.In the 21st century ,the progress information technology has changed the humanity production method, raised people's living standard, and promoted the economical development, but at same time ,some negative phenomena, such as information symmetry, information crime, the information abnormal syndrome have greatly hindered men's health and person's freedom full development. Conversely information plays very important role in controling, ruling men. Social information has been alienated. The harm of social information alienation and its consequence are inestimable. to overcome the information alienation, men need to conduct the research from the angle of philosophy, sociology, to seek for the reason and the ways of how to overcome the information alienation.This paper contains three chapters. The first chapter shows information alienation connotation and performance .The information alienation refers to the people's creating information, but the information in the course of production, dissemination, processing and using is disturbed by various factors , causing the information to lose the original connotation, evolving the adult 's external dissident strength. Conversely information plays very important role in controling, ruling men. the information and person's relations inverts. In information society, what the information alienation manifests much is the social information alienation. The information alienation mainly shows the network information virus, the information crime, the information gap, the information overflowing and the information syndrome and so on. The second chapter has analyzed information alienation originals and the essence of information alienation. It shows information productive forces, education informationization is backward, and the system is imperfect .But human own reason manifests in the morals loss, human's unbalanced demand and so on. Based on that, furtherly to analyse information alienation's essence. I think that the essence of the information alienation is person's independent loss. The third chapter furtherly reveals that the detailed ways of overcoming information alienation from the human study angle. therefore, it is needed to strengthen the information ethics construction, promote the information productive forces development, strengthen the education of the information accomplishment ,and make the system better.
