Research On Healthy Personality And Education Of College Students

Healthy personality is the roots for individual to settle down and the key of college students being talent. Along with social progress, scientific and technological development, demands for talents are increasing. Community will not judge experts by intelligence univocally. It is more important to make a comprehensive survey that includes moral conduct, thinking ability and psychological quality. However, the college students as a reserve force of social development have gap compared with social expectations. Colleague students'suicide rates rise and the turmoil caused by credit crisis also sound the alarm to the ideological and political education workers.Healthy personality is an constantly enriching and developing concept, generally speaking, healthy personality of contemporary college students is all aspects including their ideas, moral character and mental quality are unified, and in line with the requirements of social development and mainstream culture. Developing a healthy personality is the essence and core content of the ideological and political education. The target of healthy personality is conducive to becoming more effective of ideological and political education. In order to implement the "CPC Central Committee and State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education" spirit better, play a main channel role of the ideological and political education theory class, it is necessary for us to combine the ideological and political education and health character education, foster the healthy personality of students from apolitical, moral, psychological aspects.This paper is based on the Marxist Theory about Man's All over Development, "human nature", internalization and externalization theory and Scientific Outlook on Development. Furthermore, this paper summarizes the meaning of the personality referred to the psychology, ethics, law, philosophy and the ideological and political education. Besides that, the paper also shows characteristics of personality that the healthy personality should possess from the politic, moral, psychology. And with the help of first-hand objective information, summarizing the status of university students personality and analyzes the causes. At last, the paper combines ideological and political education with construction of healthy personality and put forward specific methods to cultivate healthy personality of students in principle, content and ways.
