Under the influence of the financial crisis, the more important issue is how to keep employees better work enthusiasm and improve the efficiency. Positive psychology assert choosing new research approach and perspective from the organizational behavior and human resource management. The key point is how to take pro-active approach and make the use of advantage of the employees to improve organizational performance level. The concept of job embeddedness was put forward in this context and received widespread attention.Using a matching sample of 123 managers and 307 employees from 19 firms, the present article examined whether the job embeddedness could influence the employee's performance and perceived organizational support mediate the relationship between job embeddedness and employee's performance by applying the structural equation modeling analysis. Results from the empirical test indicated that(1)job embeddedness have a significant positive impact on the employee's performance and organizational citizenship behavior .(2) perceived organizational support partially mediates the relationship between the fit dimensionality of job embeddedness and the employee's performance and organizational citizenship behavior. (3) the sacrifice dimensionality of job embeddedness have no significant influence to the employee's performance and organizational citizenship behavior,.(4) perceived organizational support fully mediates the relationship between the sacrifice dimensionality of job embeddedness and the employee's performance and organizational citizenship behavior.
