Study On Sharing Of Sports Resources Between Colleges And The Society

To improve the current situation that sports resources are not properly used, meet people's need of health, make full use of sports resources and promote the development of physical exercise among the people, colleges should share resources with the society. By sharing the hardware of sports resources with the society, of citizens'and college students'need of physical exercise can be met; By sharing the software of sports resources with the society, we can make physical exercise more scientific and reasonable. Meanwhile, we can improve PE resources and its functioning, make up for the lack of physical resources in colleges and the society, bring more forms of physical exercise and enrich curriculum of college students.In this paper, reference, logical analysis, interviews and other research methods are put into use. Sports resources of Taizhou, Jiangsu (including colleges, communities, enterprises and sports stadiums), public sports awareness and the current situation of sharing sports resources between colleges and the society are investigated and analyzed.The study results show that the status quo of sports resource sharing in Taizhou City is not satisfactory, especially in the sharing of hardware resources, limiting the development of mass sports. The main reason is that, under the current system, there are still difficulties in the areas of management when sports resources are shared such as security issues in colleges, the impact on the normal teaching, the impact on students'after-school sports activities, the loss of facility, the impact of opening hours on the crowd and the workload of teachers and administrators. Thus, the proposed solution is to build some regulatory agencies and develop management mechanisms. Meanwhile, the low compensation principle of openness should be implemented.
