On Investigation And Study In Status Of Physical Education Programmers Of Higher Vocational School In Xuzhou

Physical Education Programmers of Higher Vocational School is the final stage of receiving physical education in school, and of fostering sports concept, habit and ability. In a sense, it will decide on their future way of life, whether they will often take part in physical exercises outside school, and whether they will "healthily work for our motherland in 50 years". According to the idea, Higher Vocational PE is to adapt to the requirements of social development. Therefore, Physical Education Programmers of Higher Vocational School is to change the teaching concept, establish vocation-oriented PE Programmes system and educational module of the new period. It plays a constructive role in reforming PE Programs of Higher Vocational School and cultivating practical personnel sound in body and mind and developed in an all-round way.This article investigates five XuZhou Higher Vocational School by questionnaires and interviews, and demonstrates the main problems:1 The curriculum is irreasonable, weak in PE, and not reflecting the features of the subject in Higher Vocational School.2 The teaching methods and organizations fell behind.3 Qualified staff is not sufficient ; the gym teachers play a varied role: coaches, class advisers, and teachers. 4 Sports facilities and site equipments are not sufficient to meet the students'demand. 5 The evaluation system is not complete, giving much attention to the summative assessment. 6 Extracurricular activities are not attached the importance to, the students not participating in extracurricular activities positively.Aiming at solving these problems, the paper puts forward the following course - reforming proposals: 1 The teaching content should meet the needs of the society, being vocation-oriented and practical.2 The teaching method should be renewed and the effectiveness should be improved. Keep the balance between spreading knowledge and fostering capacity. And the physical exercises consciousness should be improved. 3 We should strengthen and improve the standard of teachers in general, establish a structured, operative and qualified teaching team.4 Instructional conditions should be improved, Sports investment accelerated, existing resources consolidated, stadium and gymnasium functions developed, and efficiency improved.5 Evaluation methods should be enriched and completed, and diversified evaluation system advocated.6Teachers should build students'interests, organize extracurricular activities and improve their comprehensive abilities.
