In a one-hundred year strategy of a Nation, the most important basic is education, and the education policy is based on the teacher. Since opening up, in general, we had made great progress with our vocational education which went by the economic environment changes, the upgrades of industry, and the government policy adjustment and other major changes. Currently the nation develop has been step in a new period with speed up economic development mode change, Vigorously developing vocational education, speed up cultivating high-skill talents, Continuing enhance education to cultivate student’s obtain employment and enterprise competencies, has been put in national important agenda one by one. In order to get vocational education straight, improve the quality of teaching, the key point is the teacher. So, for secondary vocational school, enhance the construction of teacher’s team, improves their diathesis has become a eternal topic.This article for after investigated the gym teacher’s teams of eleven secondary vocational schools in Xuzhou City where I work, and list many problem that need to be discussed. The purpose is to give an objective analysis and evaluation on the construction of gym teacher’s teams in secondary vocational school in Xuzhou City, and from which to find out the construction of gym teacher’s team problem and put forward the idea and suggestions to improve the construction of gym teacher’s teams. Comprehensive develop gym teacher’s team will give students a firm foundation to their diathesis development.This research is base on eleven secondary vocational school gym teacher’s team in Xuzhou as the research object. Through the investigation to find out some existing problems, and then proposes countermeasures, to improve the quality of teachers’team, teachers’diathesis, the quality of teaching, and also can provide information reference, facts and consulatation suggestion to Xuzhou secondary vocational school for construction of teachers’ team and education of the administrative department. This research adopts questionnaire, interview survey method to objective describe and analyzed Xuzhou secondary vocational school gym teacher’s team about current situation and problems. Survey mainly including PE teachers’age, gender, education background, professional title, workload and other basic situations; PE teacher continue education and scientific research; PE teachers’ teaching condition; PE teacher living condition and assessment, etc. The survey found Xuzhou secondary vocational school PE teacher’s team existing following problems:with more young teacher, teaching seniority short, poor salary, lack of highly educated and famous teachers, professional title structure need to be further optimized; In the teachers quality, the thought of teacher’s teaching is lag; Teachers’ research ability is poor, continue education effect is unsatisfactory; In teachers’ payment, lack of implementing policy, different areas teachers’salary has big different, and some schools performance payments has not been implemented. This research went to further to analysis the cause, combined with the current Xuzhou city, and give the countermeasure and the suggestions:enhance teacher’s professional ideal education, comprehensive improve PE teacher’s professional moral level; improve teachers’professional quality, optimize vocational school PE teachers’knowledge structure, complete the basis of professional knowledge and professional skills, implementation PE teacher’s diathesis improvement plan, professional backbone teachers’training project; speed up to training a batch of backbone teachers who can play lead exemplary role during education teaching reform and professional leaders; improve teachers’ position, improve teachers’ work, study and life conditions, give special allowance to the teachers work in remote areas, create remote areas teachers assistance mechanism; set up PE teachers continue education system, and strengthen the input for PE teacher continue education, set up curriculum system adapt for PE education reform and PE teacher individuality development.
