The Study And Analysis On The Basketball Tournaments For Employees In Suzhou Economic District

Employees not only are the key power for development of companies, but also the constructors in social modern development of our nation. Their fitness is related to the effectiveness of companies and development of society. Sport for them has attracted public attention for a long time. However, the research outcomes are not enough so far, and no research on basketball for employees was executed before. The study based on literature review, questionnaires and interview analyzed the current situation of basketball for employees in SuZhou Economic District.Result shows that forms of basketball tournaments in Suzhou Economic District are not virous, lack of organization restricted the times and scale of tournaments; there are two forms to organize tournaments, both of them can be useful; the organization of basketball tournaments are gradually getting systematic; delegates for companies are the mainly form to compete, players are satisfied with organizers; competitors are mostly young and mid age players; coach age range is looked good, mostly they are from offices; referees are teachers and graduate students who can meet the requirements of tournaments; the problems influencing on development of basketball tournaments are lack of money, not enough broadcast, unprofessional organizers, and so on. Suggestions: To make fitted tactics, better out environment, systematic market, scientific administration system;To improve tournament competitive level and attract social attention.
