In today's increasingly fierce social competition,the working pressure of professional groups has reached an unprecedented height.Work stress brings a series of individual physiological,psychological and behavioral results.If the job pressure of the employee can't be solved quickly,on the one hand it will have an impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of employees,and on the other hand it will have a corresponding impact on job performance and performance of individual employees in the work enterprise,Shenzhen has developed rapidly,its economy is developed,and employees are under pressure to work.This has caused many confusions in their professional development.The first part of this paper explains the background and significance.Combining the problems arising from the social and economic changes,the status quo of the industry,and the development of the social work in Shenzhen,the importance and feasibility of the Shenzhen company's social work in employee stress intervention studies are discussed in terms of theory,reality and policy.The second part of this article is a review of classical theory and related research results: from different scholars,schools and perspectives,the relevant literature of pressure,stress sources,corporate social work,stress and job burnout,and employee help plan are reviewed and refined,the concepts of stress and stress are collated,and the objects of research in this article are defined as enterprises.Combined with the current market competition in the whole industry,the current situation of the industry,and then from the three aspects of reality,theoretical support and current policy norms,this paper analyzes and expounds the concrete maneuverability of the enterprise social work involved in the occupational pressure of the employees involved in the enterprise.The third part of this article is a practical study on the pressure intervention of employees in the company: Select F company in watch industry of Shenzhen as an example,conduct a participatory observation and research on the employees' pressure intervention activities,and select a representative Staff groups and managers conducted description and evaluation of the process and effect is made.
