Campus culture of primary and secondary school is a relatively stable culture which is mature and sophisticated. It regards primary and secondary school campus as geographical circumstance and social culture as its background. It is also led by the campus which consists of school administrators, all the teachers and all the students. This campus culture is formed in the process of school education, school studies, school life and school management. In structure and content, campus culture covers school material culture, system culture and spiritual culture. When refers to implementing subject, it includes principal culture, teacher culture and student culture. The campus culture construction of primary and secondary school has some critical functions in promoting students'all-round development, improving teaching quality and creating school characteristics. Campus culture of primary and secondary school should be constructed in the principles of inheritance, creation, systematicness, fairness, local conditions, proper arrangement, overall planning, model pioneer and synchronous assessmentThe study of campus culture in our country is mainly in collages. But in primary and secondary schools it doesn't develop so quickly and fully. The study of campus culture of primary and secondary school hasn't formed a comparatively perfect theoretical system and the mode of practice. Based on the research study, this paper has analyzed the major problems in the construction of campus culture. The problems are as follows: superficial theoretical study and unbalanced school development; lack of practical explorations and mood of going with the flow;. Ignoring functions and non-Comprehensive understanding; lack of overall design and campus spirit generalization; interruption of exam-oriented education and influence of traditional values; inefficiencies of supervision and lack of integrated management; lack of innovation management in famous schools and difficulty in being culture model.In this paper, I also have taken the campus culture construction of five different types of schools in Jinchang District as an example and tried a meaningful probe into the way in which we can entirely push on the campus culture construction. The schools in Jinchang District make their campus culture system Soul of the school, spiritual being and the source of cohesion and vigor by basing on facts, embodying regional characteristics, developing theoretical research, making thoughtful arrangement; step-by-step layered implement, Regional overall advancement; learning, inheriting and innovating; cultivating of personality culture; implementing brand strategy and agglomerating Jinchang spirit. The campus culture construction has played a positive role in improving teaching quality and upgrading school brand image.
