It is a necessity by the time to enhance the effectiveness of moral education of students under the"3+2"training mode. Thus, the hierarchical analysis of the moral education of these students is an experiment as well as an exploration to improve the efficiency of the moral education of them.The"3+2"training mode is that the whole learning is divided into 3 years of middle vocational education plus 2 years of higher vocational education. The subject of this study specifically refers to the students of the first 3 years of middle vocational education. The level diversification of moral education of these students lies in the hierarchical performance of the themes of moral educations in different grades as follows: the first-year theme is the enlightenment of the study purposes and habit development; the theme for the second year's students is moral conduction and observing laws and regulations; the theme for the third grade students is ideal education and gratitude education.The hierarchical performance of moral education of the students under the"3+2"training mode has a firm and sufficient theoretical basis. It is the application, in moral education in vocational schools, of the comprehensive development theory of humans by Marx, the moral cognitive development theory by L. Kohlberg, the scientific development concept and the ideology of humanism, as well as a reflection on and a response to the confusion of current moral education practice.The ultimate purpose of the hierarchical moral education of the students in the "3+2" system is to improve the practical ability of vocational school students, and to promote students of vocational schools to internalize the social ethics with the core values of socialism as the main content so as to optimize overall development of students. In the practical application, the level diversification of the moral education of the students under the"3+2"training mode may encounter problems such as the wrong guiding principles of educating, unclear levels of moral educational themes, the oneness of moral educational practice platform, teachers'lack of capacity to carry out hierarchical moral education etc. Accordingly, this paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies in an attempt to solve the problems above, achieve the goal of enhancing the efficiency of moral education of students under "3+2" training mode, and embody the superiority, feasibility and generalization of the hierarchical moral education of students under the"3+2"training mode.
