Diversification of the training mode is to meet the social needs many kinds of talents of a very important way. This article aims to explore in ordinary high school training mode diversification this problem, by revealing in ordinary high school education in the mode of training, training target and texture of the branch course structure these aspects the lack of diversification, and points out that the training mode diversification in ordinary high school education to become the real natural state, then put forward from theory to create new breakthrough in the concrete measures of average high school, finally expounding China’s ordinary high school training mode diversification development face obstacles and countermeasures. Mainly from the perfect our country’s existing ordinary high school curriculum, creating the breakthrough in the new comprehensive high school, and with multiple intelligence theory as the theoretical basis to create features high school. This section is the key of the paper.(5) the fifth part explain in ordinary high school is to achieve education mode diversification development difficulties and countermeasures.
