Training of teachers is a hot issue in Education Research of modern teachers.Research on training mode of teacher education is not only the inevitabledevelopment of the teacher education, is also the urgent requirement of thedevelopment of Teacher Education in china."National training plan" as a specialform of teacher education, has important theoretical and practical significance tostudy the training mode.According to the "national training plan" as an example, tostudy and explore the theory and practice of two aspects of the training patterns ofIdeological and moral course teachers, are of great significance for the professionaldevelopment of the multicultural background of Xinjiang under the moral subjectteacher education and teacher’s.This article has conducted the research to the"national training plan" Ideological and moral course teachers training mode fromthree aspects.First analyzes the particularity of "national training plan" in Ideological andmoral education teacher training mode. Think "national training plan" moral subjectwith subject characteristics, regional characteristics, differences between thecharacteristics of the training object, so it has special teacher training paradigm. Thismodel determines the way of teacher training in Ideological and moral discipline.The research on "national training plan" Ideological and moral course teacherstraining mode for the "national training plan" teaching theory development andimproving supplementary; is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of "nationaltraining plan" training; teaching skills of Ideological and moral teachers to improveand promote the professional development of teachers.Secondly, by the analysis and study of the "national training plan" Ideologicaland moral course teachers training mode, analyzes some training methods veryfruitful, such as lectures, seminars, and reflective, independent research, participatory,interactive situation case type. At the same time, the existence of "national trainingplan" Ideological and moral course teachers training issues, that in some trainingcourses in case of deficiency, cultivation and improvement of students researchability or not, should be optimized on the training method.Finally, based on the theory and practice of analysis and research, puts forwardthe optimization idea of moral subject teachers training advice. In order to improvethe effectiveness of training mode of thought morality discipline teachers, such asincreasing the proportion of cases, strengthen the training of the details of the control;improve training moral discipline research, such as promoting the "Intel" future education plan, build more effective platform; the exploration of diversified teachingand moral education teacher training in theory, such as targeted selection of teachingmethods, flexible teaching mode transformation.Through this research, hope can enrich and improve the Xinjiang "nationaltraining plan" Ideological and moral course teachers training mode, strengthening thepertinence and effectiveness of teacher training, so as to promote teachers’professional development in the minority areas of Xinjiang.
