Functions are important mathematical models revealing the relationship among variables in the objective world and their content is very abstract. In the long term, how to improve the teaching effect is the function of mathematics teachers studying deeply. With the popularization of information technology in industries and application, and also used in the teaching function of this new technology means mathematics classroom teaching assistant, and in order to improve the effect of classroom teaching, this new technology means is also adopted. But the teaching practice of the teaching object, because of the different persons, is often full of complexity and so functions in teaching, how to rationally use information technology, computer as the tool, the demonstration borrow to explore communication tool, provide tools, resources and environment, the application of multimedia courseware for teaching demonstration, using the network teaching and research in mathematics experiment using mathematical software, in order to effectively improve math teaching effect also become a math teacher exploration.This paper through the function of teaching and integrate information technology at home and abroad, discusses the research status quo of research achievements and existing problems. Secondly by information technology and curriculum integration of basic theory research, from theory to advance, We can step in deepening function of information technology application. Through the analysis of instructional design function again, and combining the function of research-oriented learning method, the effective use of information technology in the teaching of function, in order for the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform for effective methods.Through the research paper we draw conclusions: teachers in teaching can reasonable function when the use of information technology, the comparison of traditional teaching effect under the meaning of teaching, more obvious advantages. Because the students understand the functions of a gradual process problems, the function of different types of high problem into, according to the different function, timely and properly use information technology. Using computer clearly function image is to promote the understanding and knowledge of function, and improve students' scientific literacy and practical ability.
