Function is important for high school students to learn knowledge, in the annual college entrance examination examination paper accounted for about 50% of the total value. Because the function that is abstract, so is not easy to learn is not easy to understand for students, for teachers teaching difficult. With the continuous infiltration of information technology in the teaching, the teachers in the teaching of function are also constantly updating the teaching idea, formed the effective teaching model for it. Using the information technology teaching is not only difficult to understand of the function concept become easy to understand, hard to draw the function of image become intuitive easy to draw and difficult to memory function nature becomes clear to remember, and teachers in the teaching process becomes simple and handy. To the students’ learning ability improved, the quality of teaching has improved, can meet the requirements of class mark.By reading a large number of relevant data and references, this paper discusses the research results which have been obtained, and the existing problems, and from two aspects of theory and practice, further deepening the effectiveness of function teaching under the information technology environment. This paper first introduces the research background and research significance of this topic,Mainly from two aspects of theoretical significance and practical significance are discussed, and write the content of the study and research method, discusses the information technology environment at home and abroad is applied to the teaching and learning of high school function, simple writing under the information technology environment in our country in the development trend of the use function teaching. Secondly, this paper also in information technology, teaching effectiveness and function is defined, puts forward the theoretical basis for research subject, through the survey found that the present high school students learning function of knowledge and analysis of teachers in the teaching difficulty, according to the function characteristics of teaching content and high school students’ learning difficulties, puts forward the implementation strategy to solve these difficulties under the information technology environment. Again by myself in the teaching practice, the experimental classes and contrast classes has carried on the analysis of relevant data, confirmed that the use of information technology in the teaching of function effectiveness, stimulated the students’ interest in learning, improve the teaching quality. Finally summarizes the study harvest, and found the shortage of the research, puts forward the effectiveness of the auxiliary function of teaching high school information technology in the future.
