Since the human society has entered in the 21st century, countries' comprehensive national strength competition is intense day by day. In this competition, the key is the education and the technical competition. At present our country is carrying on the elementary education reform, is precisely in line with the spirit which keeps pace with the times and hang under the solid foundation for our country in the competition flood tide. Under the exam-oriented pattern, the traditional classroom instruction is one kind teaching which takes the knowledge as the standard; take the score as the goal teaching. This teaching pattern has lost to care about a person's life existence and the whole development, thus causes the students to become a dismemberment person, even the human who suffocates.The high school politics has been under the new curriculum reform. Its duty is not only to direct the students'socialism politics but also to undertake the social sciences knowledge dissemination as well as trains the student to continue to study the new knowledge ability. This article bases on author's teaching experience, taking the new curriculum as the instruction, utilizes the domestic and foreign effective teaching the research results, discuss how to carry out the effective teaching strategy in high school politics, optimized teaching organization, and achieves the teaching goals. Specifically speaking, this article first starts from one's own experience, from the observation of new curriculum reform in high school teaching, and the thoughts of the efficiency in high school politics teaching. Then explain the ideal condition and real condition in high school politics teaching. Finally explore the efficient method and strategy in improving high school politics teaching. It includes four parts: (a) the promotion of teachers'education idea and the knowledge structure; (b) the effective strategy of preparing a lesson; (c) effective classroom instruction method in politics teaching; (d) effective homework design. These measures may construct the effective politics teaching, and increase the effect of the high school politics teaching.
