| Homework management is a kind of behavior activity produced by students’ selfcontrol and environment in the process of completing homework.Good homework management can significantly improve the completion of homework,and also has a positive effect on the improvement and development of autonomous learning ability and academic performance.As an important environmental factor for students to complete homework,how do schools and families affect the performance of homework management? This paper explores the influence path,so as to provide reference and suggestions for the improvement of students’ homework management ability.Through three studies,based on the verification of homework parental support assessment tools,this study explored the characteristics of homework self-efficacy,parental support,teacher participation and homework management of junior high school students with mathematics learning difficulties,taking junior high school students with math excellence and students with math difficulties as the objects,and further explained their influence on homework management of junior high school students with mathematics learning difficulties.The results show that:(1)Mathematics parental homework support scale has good applicability in the whole period of junior middle school in China,and its reliability and validity are at a good level.(2)The results showed that the homework management of the students with mathematics learning difficulties was in the lower middle level(m < 3),and it was significantly lower than that of the students with mathematics advantages in the total score of homework management,environment management,time management,motivation monitoring and emotion management,but there was no significant difference in the distraction inhibition dimension;the homework management and its sub dimensions of the students with number difficulties had no significant difference in the parents’ educational background and gender dimension.(3)The scores of homework self-efficacy of the students with mathematical difficulties were lower than those of the students with mathematical Excellence(m <3).There was no significant difference in grade and gender dimensions of homework self-efficacy among students with mathematics learning difficulties.(4)The parental homework support of the students with mathematical difficulties was on the low level(m < 3),but there was no significant difference with the students with mathematical excellence.There is no significant difference in parents’ homework support and its sub dimensions between different gender and mother’s education level;however,father’s education level has a significant impact on professional support and father’s professional support given by undergraduate graduates is significantly higher than that of fathers with primary and secondary school background.(5)Teacher homework participation and its sub dimensions of the students with mathematical difficulties were in the upper middle level(M>3).There is no gender and grade difference in teacher homework involvement of students with mathematics learning difficulties,but it is significantly lower than top students.(6)In general,homework management is positively correlated with academic performance,homework self-efficacy,teacher participation and parental support.Parents’ support and teachers’ participation in homework can directly affect the homework management of junior high school students with mathematical difficulties.In addition,homework self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the influence path of homework parents’ support and homework teachers’ participation on homework management,and the mediating rate is 12.3% and 43.5%. |
