Research On The Student Ideological And Political Education Pragmaticality In Private Colleges

It is known that the student ideological and political education pragmaticality in private colleges is an important field among the undergraduate's ideological and political education. because of the characteristics of private education, the student ideological and political education of private colleges still has contradictions and Problems in particular, and it is also faces special challenges. So we should reinforce and pay more attention to the student ideological and political education pragmaticality in private colleges.In this paper, the characteristics of student ideological and political quality between private colleges and state-run colleges and universities was analyzed. Based on status and challenges of ideological and political education of private colleges, guided by the Marxist education and the party's ideological and political education theories, Combined with private college work in practice, it is explored how to improve the ideological and political education work, and make it more pragmaticality in private college. Some ideas and viewpoints was given as follows:Firstly, the career development education should be considered as a new content and carrier for the ideological and political education. It is important for student to learn how to make their career planning. We can make the ideological and political education permeate into the students career planning and career development education in the whole process of university education. Secondly, it also discussed the "education identity" between the career development education and ideological and political education. So let the private college ideological and political education close to the students actual thought. Make it became the student actual motivation and requirement. Finally, it further discussed how to carry out career development of education, and give some ways to strengthen the college students ideological and political education work. It need to Changes the traditional mode and content of the ideological and political education, to make the private college education more powerful and particular. Aim to bring up high quality students which have some professional skills and good career ethics ideal in private college.
