Research On Educational Pattern Of School Enterprises Cooperation And Work Integrated Launched By Higher Vocational Colleges

In the present situation, schoolenterprises cooperation and workintegrated learning educational pattern that the higher vocational colleges are carrying out conform to social economy development needs, accord with vocational education rules, and plays a fundamental rule in cultivating many a skilled and highcalibre talents that enterprises are badly in need of. However, the actual effect on schoolenterprises cooperation and workintegrated learning educational pattern is not very much satisfactory. Therefore, on how to make a deep and efficient research schoolenterprises cooperation and workintegrated learning educational pattern, so that the vocational talentscultivating objective would be achieved, this's become a present common eyeson issue.This paper aims at practically studying problems encountered during the process of schoolenterprises cooperation and workintegrated learning educational pattern. By carefully carding the present situation of schoolenterprises cooperation education in Henan Province, it analyzes some typical models of cooperative educational pattern in Henan Province. Based on the questionnaire survey of a certain typical higher vocational colleges in Henan Province, depth interview with relative schools and enterprises and analysis of the case of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational & Technical College, this paper tries to point out the major problems during the process of cooperative education and deeply analyze them.At last, this paper provides some countermeasures that will be good to promote the cooperative education. For one thing, the government needs to build a perfect outernal security mechanism, pay a particular attention on the stipulation and fulfilment of related laws and polices, establish a platform to create the opportunity of schoolenterprise coorperation, offer the fund guarantee and reinforce management and supervision. For another, higher vocational colleges needs to develop internallly, build a new cooperative education model and efficient operational mechanism, carry out the innovation of workintegrated learning specialty construction and curriculum building and construct more teachers with two professional qualification certificates. Efforts should be made to actively explore a winwin mechanism of developing cooperative education and give full play to the advantage of schoolenterprises cooperation. Hence, the cooperation will be vigorous and the educational pattern will develop healthy and deeply.
