With the development of the reform of foundational education, it is especially important to develop and exploit the curriculum resources. In the time when nations are paying more attention to their own folk culture, the contemporary Chinese education should focus more on cultivating humanism. However, the middle students nowadays show unconcern and ignorance to folk culture, especially to the Confucianism with a glorious history, which has led to a decline in the moral quality of the pupils of the time and it of remains course a regret in moral education. Therefore, it is of extreme significance to carry out moral education, regulate the individual behaviour and promote the internal self-cultivation of students with the application of school-based curruculum.Following the spirit of "The Outline of Course Reform in Basic Education", Centering on documentary study and the absorbing of the new idesa of the exploitationg of the school-based curruculum assisted by the teaching cases, the essay makes a researchable interpretation about the scool-based curruculum'Confucian Rhyme Culture' from its exploiting background, objective setting,content selection, curriculum implementation and so to demonstrate its rationality and operability.The essay mainly consists of four aspects.1.
