Practical Study On The Self-development Of Student Social Organizations In High Schools

Inside high school campus, the importance and role of student social organizations has attracted more attention and hot discussion upon its building hi-school students' comprehensive qualifications & abilities, helping students grow well, thanks to student social organizations creating more practice chances for its various student members, and those student members have achieved great improvement in self-awareness of motivation and various skills & abilities. Nowadays, various events and activities organized by those student social organizations, have become an eye-catching scenery inside hi-school campus.This study selected the student social organizations in some high schools in Shanghai. Based on the survey on the current status of the student social organizations, a classification upon various student organizations was conducted in terms of different development modes upon student social organizations, and different features of various student social organizations are summarized. On the above base, this paper figures out the way and some guidelines for building up a self-management and self-development student social organization inside high school campus.This paper also studies on how to optimize some extrinsic factors and safety systems on better growth of high school students. Some words are raised up about the self-development of a high school student in terms of an education management official viewpoint.
