Research On The Process Of Professional Social Workers Promoting The Cultivation Of Community Social Organizations

Community has become the basis of grass-roots governance and people's life,and multi-agent participation in community governance has become the general trend of government's grass-roots governance,while community social organization has become an extremely important one of multi-agent participation in community governance because of its significant advantages such as wide coverage and deep influence.Cultivating community social organizations is an important way for community social organizations to improve their own capabilities,promote team building and consolidate team development.It is also conducive to helping community social organizations firmly rooted in the community,close to the masses,obtain the sense of support from the masses,and then become a favorable way to promote multiple subjects to participate in community grass-roots governance.This paper takes lzyx of B city of community as the old volunteer service team as the research object,and uses the method of case study to observe the process of social workers' promotion,interview5 members of the service team,2 community residents and 2 professional social workers,and sort out the central and regional policy documents to understand the background of collecting professional social workers' involvement in the cultivation of community social organizations,reasons and process of boosting.Through the analysis and induction of interview data,participatory observation and the data of professional social workers' boosting work,this paper combs out the methods and processes of professional social workers' boosting work in different stages according to the characteristics of team development,and analyzes and summarizes the experience and short board problems,so as to provide experience for professional social workers and social workers' institutions to enter the community to carry out social organization cultivation in the future Reference and reference.Through the research and in-depth analysis of the cultivation process of F community lzyx for the old volunteer service team by professional social workers,the characteristics of the organizational development stage are analyzed in depth by using the team development stage model,and measures are taken accordingly to develop strengths and avoid weaknesses.It is concluded professional social workers should't only pay attention to the standardization and institutionalization of the team,but also focus on the substantive service,strengthen the team service concept and the implementation of normalization,and avoid becoming a "zombie organization";build a platform to promote the interaction among team members,professional social workers and residents,and strengthen the trust relationship between team members,team members and residents Focus on service;explore the backbone of the team,give full play to the personality charm of the team leader,enhance the internal loyalty of the team,and improve the service ability and autonomy ability of the organization.
