The Role Research Of Social Workers In Helping The Development Of Community Social Organizations

In order to better satisfy the different types of specific needs of the community residents,the objective requirement of the "small government,big society" timely response to this.Social organization arises at the historic moment for many communities.The community social organizations play their own advantages on talents and resources to meet the demands of community residents.How to guide social organizations to participate in social governance is a new topic under the new situation of the community.In the process of helping the development of communities social organizations,social workers provide fresh blood as a major force.The aim of this study is to show what the social workers have done in helping the development of community social organizations,how they think,feel and explore their role playing,role conflict and role reposition.This study takes the perspective of subjectivity and qualitative method,listening to the social workers,summarizing and refining social workers in the eyes of how to better promote the development of community social organizations,and then provide some reference and thinking to the relevant government departments.Combination of Beijing xicheng district 1 + 1 booster project implementation,it can be seen that in order to better promote the community social organization,the government needs to give more policy support and capital investment,to extend the social worker fuel cycle,provide more space for the development of community social organizations,and actively introducing professional social workers to support cultivation,but also to strengthen the training and education of community members of the organization,to improve their ability of autonomous consciousness and,at the same time also to set up the corresponding rewards and punishment mechanism to stimulate the work enthusiasm,only in this way can multi-pronged eventually realize the sustainable development of community social organizations.
