Basketball is one of the most popular sport games in China, it is also one of earliest modern games that accepted by Chinese people. As China's reform and opening up policy and economic development, people love basketball more. In the booming era of Fitness, basketball with its comprehensive fitness value and strong entertainment value was generally welcomed by many people.Participating in basketball games has various significant meanings. Because basketball evolved from a ball game, the participants regardless of age, sex could organize to have a half or a whole competition in the spare time. People could Obtain great fun in the game, and enjoy the joy of winning, and recover and relax from the intense work; all these could enrich people's leisure life. Increase the efficiency of labor, work and study.Because the Female College Students don't know much about the purpose of sports and fitness, the exercises they choose are often over-emphasis on aesthetic effects, while ignoring the real value of sports and fitness. Since the origin of basketball, this game has swept the world, through the practice test it is a very valuable exercise of fitness, and women have the same meaning for the fitness value.But in basketball teaching, I found that most of the boys are relatively easy to learn basketball, while girls are more difficult to learn basketball. By the author's analysis of the monitoring physical data at school over the years, the strength of women is poor; the figure is smaller, while in the teaching of basketball, the girls use the same model of standard basketball game. I proceed from the principle of individualized instruction in a variety of models used for basketball, and confirmed by comparative experiments.The experiments divide the girls who choose basketball as elective courses into the control groups and the experimental groups. There are 271 girls in the control groups who use the standard basketball as the teaching basketball. And there are 259 girls in the experimental groups who use different models of the basketball according to their hand length and height. In this paper, a lot of data and material are used to get theoretical support, and the statistical method is used to analyze the results of comparative experiments. The results showed that: the experimental groups who use different models of the basketball according to their hand length and height have greatly improved the basic knowledge, skills, and technology of basketball, and increase their interests in participation in basketball, develop their habit of playing basketball and keep the ball as one of the means of their life-long sport. Since we can't provide enough basketball models for the students, the proposed agreement and other general characteristics of girls basketball association height appropriate adjustment of the rules, manufacturers also devise a model of basketball more, to meet the teaching and exercise needs.
