| The education liberty of higher education in different forms exists in various constitutions and legal regulations, with main contents of school-running liberty and academic freedom of colleges and universities. Previous research and discussing on this subject does not lack, and the education liberty has been changing and perfecting for a long time. But now there are still a lot of voices appeal for expanding school-running autonomy, and acquiring academic freedom. For instance, the 2010 issued requires separation of school and administration, expanding the school-running autonomy, appeals for creating a free academic environment. Therefore, it is probably a very good breakthrough to study the liberty of higher education from the perspective of"remove administration"in colleges and universities.This article is from the perspective of "remove administration" in colleges and universities to deeply study the education liberty of higher education. It is based on"remove administration", to analyze and summarize the actual influences on education liberty caused by administrative education; to indicate that, in order to realize real education liberty, it is so necessary to move administration in colleges and universities, thereby, to further promote the free development of higher education, to meet the need of society and to adapt to the demand of The Times.
